Getting paid shouldn’t be the hard part of being an artist. Interfine Music lets you withdraw your streaming royalties straight to M-Pesa, as well as to a bank account, Payoneer or PayPal. Here’s how it works and how to make sure your payout arrives without delays.

Before you withdraw
- Check your balance. Royalties from stores arrive after a reporting delay, so your latest streams may not show yet.
- Reach the minimum. You can withdraw once your balance is at least $50.
- Confirm your details. The name on the M-Pesa line should match the name on your Interfine account.
How to request an M-Pesa payout
- Log in to your Interfine Music account.
- Go to your earnings and choose to request a payout (or use the Request Payout link under Support in the menu).
- Select M-Pesa as your payout method and enter your M-Pesa number.
- Enter the amount and submit your request.
- Keep an eye on your phone for the M-Pesa confirmation message.

Tips to avoid delays

- Don’t share your login. Only request payouts from your own account.
- Make sure all credits and splits on your releases are correct, so earnings go to the right people from the start.
- Keep your Interfine registration email active, since that’s where we’ll contact you.
Interfine never asks for your M-Pesa PIN. If anyone claiming to be from Interfine asks for a PIN or password, don’t share it. Report it to support and read our Anti-Fraud policy.
